Hi, I’m Su.

I’m a Master of Engineering student in Human-Computer Interaction at San Jose State University. As a technical designer, I enjoy solving highly ambiguous problems through systems thinking and thoughtful structure.

I’ve worked across a variety of industries and organizations — from a B2B wholesale beauty platform, to warehouse management tools at IT startups, to SaaS software for city governments in California.

I was born and raised in Korea, which probably explains my serious love for spicy food. I even make a pretty great tteokbokki — some say I’m a tteokbokki master.

Outside of design, I love capturing everyday moments with my old iPhone 6s (there’s just something about that feel) and my polaroid camera. I also help out on my family’s farm when I’m home, and I’m best friends with my roommate’s cat, Oreo.
